Provider and purpose
CaptureKeep is provided by Thomas Scheiber at the address below. It helps organize information you choose to capture. You remain responsible for the content you import and for reviewing extracted dates, addresses, codes, and other details against the original before acting.
Free and paid features
Local extraction, correction, search, and organization remain available in Free. The lifetime unlock removes advertising and adds optional private iCloud metadata sync. The app shows Apple's current localized purchase price. The unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It does not include hosted inference or transfer imported image/PDF originals between devices.
Purchases and recovery
Apple handles payment and its refund process. Use Restore purchase to recover an eligible entitlement. Refunds, account conditions, and Family Sharing depend on Apple's actual product configuration. Local data is retained if the entitlement becomes unavailable. Nothing here reduces mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and support
Device permissions, storage, operating-system scheduling, model language/hardware availability, iCloud quota/account status, and provider availability can affect optional functions. Background completion is best-effort. Support is voluntary and does not require tracking consent or a purchase.
Licence
The Apple standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies to the App Store download, together with mandatory applicable law. These terms describe the app and its service boundaries; they do not replace statutory rights.
